Thank you for your enquiry about Providence Wattle Grove Resort which will be our 5th Resort, the current property address is 32 Gavour Road. However, access to the homes will be off Welshpool Road once stage 1 works are complete.
The site has received prior approval for aged care and senior living under the existing special use provisions of the town planning scheme and has an approved Local Development Plan (LDP). Providence is now moving ahead through the approval processes to enable the permitted use.
Preselling and engaging with the community ahead of a future project is standard practice for developers and Providence. It allows us to build interest, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with community needs.
